IconView Pro is a handy utility which will extract icons from EXE, DLL, Icon Libraries, and other executable files that contain icon resources.

You only have to choose the file you think that includes the icons and open it with IconView, then you'll see the list of icons contained and you'll be able to extract them.

The extracted icons can be saved in ICON/BMP/GIF/JPEG formats, and can also be saved in Icon Libraries
